Guiding Principles
All members of the HECCOP are asked to subscribe to the following Guiding Principles:
Respect:
strive to build an environment of trust as we navigate COVID-19 together.
Inclusion:
connect people from diverse disciplines as contributors to the process and the solutions.
Collaboration:
maintain an environment that encourages people to work together toward the broader goal of reducing SARS-COV-2 on our campuses and in the surrounding communities.
Engagement:
be willing to actively share ideas, suggestions and recommendations within the HECCOP.
Innovation:
be open to new ideas and ways of thinking to address COVID-19 in our communities.
Equity:
be mindful of injustice and health inequities while engaging with transparency.
Accessibility:
provide resources that are accessible to all abilities; explain terminology so that sharing is accessible to practitioners and students with different perspectives, whatever their role on campus.
