Bio

Jamie (she/they) is a Restorative Practices, Justice, Equity, Diversity (J.E.D.I) Scholar Practitioner. They are a 3rd year pre-candidacy Ph. D student in the Graduate School of Leadership & Change at Antioch University. They serve on the Chancellor appointed Anti-Racism Task Force at Antioch University, were on the hiring committee for the Inaugural Head of Equity Diversity Inclusion & Belonging (HEDIB) for Antioch, and were selected as a truth, racial healing & transformation (TRHT) facilitator for the new TRHT center at Antioch. 

They are the inaugural Associate Director of DEIJ Initiatives for the CSU Health Network. She is an independent consultant for Within Collective and was the founding EDI Coordinator for the City of Fort Collins Poudre River Library District. Jamie is a restorative justice facilitator for the Conflict Center in Denver CO, and an Empathy Circle Facilitator.

Jamie serves on the JEDI Council of Northern Colorado as the Director of Innovation.  Jamie’s JEDI work focuses on healing-centered co-liberation practices and neuroscience-backed behavior change. In response to the great resignation Jamie & her team developed Creating Respectful Culture for All CRC-4A system to help their clients directly affected by the great resignation exodus in retaining and attracting employees.
