I am board certified in family medicine and obesity medicine with experience working in the community and outpatient settings within the Bay Area and Central Valley. I am passionate about medical education and have special interests in point of care ultrasound, addiction medicine, gender health, and obesity medicine. I currently serve as Medical Director at Cañada College's Health Center in San Mateo County and work at Cal State East Bay as a full time physician. My other roles include being the health center's Terrorism Liaison Officer and a tactical physician for the campus and county.
I enjoy working with pre-professional students at SJSU as part of their “Mentoring & Meetups” Program and teaching residents at San Joaquin General Hospital's Family Medicine Residency Program- UC Davis Affiliate.
In my free time, I love spending time with my wife and 2 sons.
